“I loved my experience working with Robin! I was referred by my acupuncturist after sharing that I'd like to understand how to work with my body more kindly when it comes to nutrition. I came in with some knowledge of food due to my health-supportive culinary background, and I still learned so much about how to combine foods, the importance of consistency, what my blood tests are indicating and, what steps to take to support my body.
My PCOS symptoms have become less prevalent and my energy is more consistent. I no longer have a weird afternoon crash or feel like I need to eat the world after a workout. Overall, I have a better understanding of my health and more tools to respectfully and kindly support my body.
Robin is incredibly generous with her knowledge and resources, and I always felt like she was rooting for me and my health. So many times, nutrition is framed in restrictive ways, but Robin makes it feel abundant. Honestly, the most helpful thing was having a place where I did not feel judged. It's such a relief to have a space where I felt understood and where my body/health were celebrated.
If you feel ready to commit to a new way of understanding yourself and your relationship with food, Robin is an incredible resource and support system who will guide you but never force or impose.”

“Working with Robin was transformational.
I called Robin because my stomach felt bad pretty much every day. Even though I was intentionally looking for someone with a more holistic approach, I still had pretty simple expectations. I thought Robin would teach me a bit about food, tell me what to eat and what to avoid, and that I'd be on my merry way. Nope. Instead, working with Robin fundamentally reshaped not just how I think about food/nutrition, but how I approach my wellbeing and life overall. Working with Robin helped me through a life reset that I didn't even know I needed.
Life can be divided into two parts: Before Robin and After Robin. Before Robin, my chronic digestive issues led to nightly pain and embarrassing social situations. (Toxic farts aren't great for self esteem.) I was resigned to this daily discomfort and had accepted it as my unchangeable reality. After Robin, I honestly feel like a new person. My symptoms are no longer around and holding me back. Even more than that — I am so much more aware of my full self, of my emotions, of what my body is and isn't asking for, of how I can take care of me. She helped see my gut as a part of an interconnected system that I can nourish. What a gift! Thank you, Robin.
I couldn't recommend Robin's services enough. She is particularly fantastic at creating a bespoke process. I loved that our journey together felt productive, without feeling rushed or forced. She took my emotions and reality into account to make a plan that best served me.”LDC

“I feel like I have a much stronger understanding (with the GI-MAP results and Robin's insight) of what my unique body needs, and the specific issues I should focus on improving. I feel less resentful of my body and symptoms, and more able to work WITH it, to improve my overall health, as opposed to feeling frustrated by how it reacts to food.
My IC symptoms (primarily urgency, but pain as well) have decreased, and I feel like my bladder is much less reactive to the foods I'm eating. I now understand what foods are inflammatory and should be avoided, and what foods will help reintroduce good bacteria in my microbiome. I feel more equipped and educated around my own gut health.
Robin is very well equipped and qualified to help them address any nutrition or gut concerns they have – and that her approach is great in thinking symptom-first and holistically, as opposed to being too focused on a specific diagnosis. This approach has been a refreshing way to look at health and food for me. Robin is also very sensitive to individual needs, lifestyles, and personal challenges, taking them into account at every stage to create an action plan that is personalized, feasible, and nuanced.”
